Hello, my name is Brandon Cardone and I have been a graphic and web designer for over 25 years. I am currently in my 18th year as a Senior Graphic Designer for Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York. I have also managed my freelance company, Card One Concepts LLC, since 2001.
I have been very honored and happy with my career path. I have found a good balance between working as a full-time senior graphic designer for respected corporate companies and institutions, managing a freelance graphic and web design business, and most importantly being a father and husband.
For me, being a graphic and web designer is not just a title on a business card, or a job that you punch in and out of for a paycheck. The privilege of calling myself a designer stems from a natural progression of my life’s hobbies, passions, and interests that helped inspire and shape me into the person and designer I am today, and aspire to be tomorrow!
I find it equally exciting and necessary for me to step out of my comfort zone and face change, experience new challenges, and meet inspiring and passionate like-minded individuals that are hard-wired to creatively and visually change the world.
I’m committed to my craft because it is something I love to do and need in my life. It is a journey that I will always be compelled to follow. I am a person who welcomes and appreciates a new perspective, a laugh, a lesson, a challenge and words of wisdom with a touch of criticism when I need it.
